Experience
-I was a special education teacher in a resource room for the 2013-2014 school year. I worked with students from kindergarten to 6th grade with mild to moderate educational disabilities. -I have been tutoring students ages 7-12 since 2011. -I love working with kids and helping them to become successful learners. The students that I've tutored have made great progress, become more engaged in their learning, and become more confident about their ability to do well in school. -I greatly enjoy getting to work one-on-one with students. I build good relationships with the students that I work with and make it a fun experience.

I swim on an adult swim team that is connected to youth team. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and camping. I like animals and have a cat. I'm easy going, friendly and have a good sense of humor.
