Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I have taken every math class up to multivariable calculus. I also took many upper division English classes. Of course, I took all the requisite classes to earn my CS degree and have a good understanding of computer science and software engineering principles.

Experience

I have been tutoring since I was in school earning my computer science degree. I tutored in Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Logic, Computer Programming. I have worked as a programmer for the Air Force and other industries. I enjoy teaching - I was a part time instructor at the university level as well as a high school math teacher. I have the ability to figure out where a student is in their understanding and add to their knowledge. Students like working with me. I have taken all levels of math through multivariable Calculus and earned a BS in Computer science. I like learning and I like helping others learn.

I enjoy bike riding, cooking, and abstract painting as hobbies. I also love to read science fiction and fantasy. I love the flexibility of tutoring as a way of making a living because I also love to travel. I have traveled to Denmark, Great Britain, France, Italy and Greece so far.
