I am a dedicated educator with over seven years of teaching experience. I have worked with youth and young adults in a variety of educational contexts to help them prepare for continuing education and/or career paths. I have taught in Community Colleges, nonprofit settings, and job readiness training. I currently teach Geography at Clackamas Community College. I have mentored students one on one and taught large groups. My emphasis is in connecting learners to the material in meaningful ways, and understanding each student’s personal and academic goals. Personally, I am passionate about social equity and have dedicated myself to youth leadership development and environmental justice work.
