I have attended both Clark College and Andrews University and have received my undergraduate degree. I am bilingual with a native fluency in Japanese and English. I am currently working as a proofreader, who strives to ensure the accuracy of translations for patents from Japanese to English. I have a passion for the written word and languages in generalI grew up as a third culture kid, or TCK, in Hong Kong. The Philippines instilled a great sense of wonder in me. I always have the desire to connect the dots between places and people.I am well versed in a variety of subjects that should benefit the students that I am tutoring. For example, I am able to help with a wide range of math courses, such as elementary math to arithmetic and everything in between. Of course, I also have an extensive knowledge in AP Japanese language and culture, foreign language, SAT subject tests, ACT English, ACT math, and general test prep. I can also provide tutoring services for vocabulary and the SAT subject test in mathematics level 1.When I am not tutoring students, I enjoy playing the piano, reading, learning new languages, and taking part in a variety of outdoor activities.
