Working on Geology undergraduate degree at Portland State University. I'm in Calculus II right now, and generally enjoy math. I'm a great writer, as well, and I took about four years of Spanish. I'm in chemistry right now as well, and I'm not too good at the advanced stuff but I understand the basics. I could probably tutor high school chemistry better than college-level.
Experience
I'll be honest, I'm not an experienced tutor yet, but I think I have excellent makings for it. I'm very good at math, and good at explaining it. I like to explain the 'why' and not just the 'how,' and I actually really enjoy helping people with math! I'm also a great writer--my mom is an English teacher, and I've just generally always enjoyed writing! I especially like creative writing, but would be willing to help with any kind! Even if something isn't listed here but you want help with it please just ask! I won't take a job I don't know the subject on, but I may know it and just didn't list it! :)

Mon/Wed/Fri after 4PM, Tuesday after 5PM, Thursday after 3PM, Weekends at any time

Hobbies
I'm a pretty laid back person, but I'm thorough when I want to be! I have an enthusiasm for learning, and I always hope to bring that out in others as well. I would work well with someone who is very behind or needs a lot of help, I am very kind and patient. On the flip-side, I could work with someone who maybe just wants to get a little ahead in their class, or learn something new! I'm generally pretty flexible. Math would be my preferred subject to tutor, but even if the subject you want help with is not listed here, please feel free to ask me if I could tutor it! I've taken more classes than what I've listed here, and would be more than happy to refresh myself on any material to help you child! About me: I'm an artist, and gamer. I play online computer games, and I watch a lot of TV honestly! I'm intelligent, but I understand the lazy person's lifestyle (maybe this sounds like your child? :P). I can relate well to people, and would really like to find some tutoring jobs!!
