I'm a 22 year-old artist living in Portland, OR. I'm originally from upstate New York and Vermont, and this is my fourth out here in Portland. I attended Reed College for two years, and am now in the job world. I currently work graveyard shift (8PM-3AM), so am available between noon and 7:30PM for art tutoring. I have studied art for my whole life, and am happy to provide a portfolio to anyone interested. I'm proficient in a series of styles including cross-hatching, pointillism, figure drawing, portraiture, and cartooning, amongst others. I've been a guitar player since I was fifteen, and once apprenticed under a blacksmith. I'm great with kids (I have a small army of younger cousins, and have always loved drawing with them), and would be happy to make comics and fantastical characters with younger kids. Mostly I'm just passionate about art, and would love to be able to share that with anyone who has been looking to delve into the creative world.
