Experience

I have always like doing anything related to mathematics. Because of this, I enjoy helping struggling students improve their understanding in it. It is a gratifying feeling to help students overcome academic obstacles, helping them prepare for tests or understand concepts covered in class.I have studied at Portland State University and the University of Pennsylvania. I hold a degree in psychology, and along with mathematics, I am extremely interested in that area. I tutor a number of subjects, such as algebra levels one and two, pre-calculus, calculus, geometry, elementary math, statistics, arithmetic, and competition math. I am also able to help students prepare for a number of standardized tests.I help students prepare for the quantitative and integrated portions of the GMAT. I also help prepare for the GRE and some areas of the PSAT and SAT.I currently live in Portland, Oregon. My hobbies include mountain climbing, hiking, and reading. I enjoy playing table tennis and chess.
