I've spent two years as a managing editor for an blog content firm called Student Experts, Inc. I have ample experience writing clear, engaging articles and giving detailed feedback to other writers. I also have some experience teaching children aged 6-13. For three years now, I have taught an environmental-themed class at Peace Village, a summer camp in Lincoln City, OR. This experience has helped me better understand how children learn and what kinds of feedback they respond to.

I co-host a podcast called In Medias Rad. My podcasting partner and I discuss a broad range of media topics, including books, movies, video games, and music. I am an active member of a book club, I enjoy performing and watching improv comedy, I've written and published more than a dozen news satire articles, and I enjoy reading/thinking about politics. I'm also into backpacking and biking (I recently biked the entire Oregon Coast).
