I have cultivated a teaching philosophy that is centered in the needs of my students. I have over five years of teaching experience in various college level physical science classes. I have taught advanced high school students, college students, and pre-college students. I grew up in Puerto Rico, which has given me fluency in academic and conversational Spanish. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Geology at the University Puerto Rico and my Master of Science in Geophysics at Brown University. Although I tutor an assortment of subjects, I prefer Geology because it connects to everything around us. I enjoy hiking, reading, running, sewing, and swimming. I am also interested in fashion, health, and sports. I take any opportunity I can to travel around the world.
