I attended the New College of Florida and Indiana University. With 15 years of experience as a mathematician and math tutor, I can help students who are at any educational level, from elementary schoolers to college seniors. My teaching experience includes seven years as a college-level math instructor. Some of the math subjects that I can tutor include elementary math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, multivariable calculus, finite mathematics, differential equations, and competition math. I can also assist students with test prep for exams, including the SAT, ASPIRE, ACCUPLACER, CAHSEE, GRE, and SAT. As a tutor and mathematician, I feel a great excitement when a difficult math topic is understood clearly by a student. It is at those times that I especially feel like exclaiming "Eureka!" I like to impart this sense of exuberance to my students. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing and mountain biking.
