I attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science in May of 2014 with a GPA of 3.6. While attending Penn State I was involved as a committee member and fundraiser for THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, and as secretary of the Penn State Ski Club.

Experience

I want to be a tutor because I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and solving problems. While I do not have formal experience as a tutor, I have worked as a mentor in other settings as a ski instructor and a lifeguard. Instructing taught me the invaluable skills of patience, dedication, and compassion, which I will utilize as a tutor.
