I have recently been accepted to medical school and am very excited to begin my career in healthcare starting the summer of 2016. Until then, I would love to help out your family as a tutor! My coursework in college included biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy, physiology, psychology, sociology, and english. Additionally, I spent 6 months studying for the MCAT exam and its range of subjects. I am passionate about teaching and have had many tutoring experiences including designing and teaching classes in heart and lung anatomy to elementary school students in Oakland and Berkeley and facilitating lessons on asthma through an American Lung Association program called Oakland Kick's Asthma at Bay Area middle schools. All of my work teaching lessons in science has been on a complete volunteer basis thus far, so you can be confident in my commitment to sharing my love and passion for learning with others.
