I love to farm, cook, write and create beauty. I am a fun, lighthearted teacher. I will try to get to know you as a person so that I can be a better teacher for you. I am passionate about fresh accessible food for everyone. I am currently starting a Masters in Nutrition at the National College of Natural Medicine. My goal is to work in the Nutrition Communications field with a non-profit or public heath advocacy group. My family is also starting an educational eco-farm in Nicaragua and I am helping with the food education side of that.
