Private tutor in Portland, OR
Education
University of Oregon BS Accounting and Economics. I attended my first two years of College at the College of the Siskiyous to compete in Track and Field and then transferred to the U of O to play football. I am currently sitting for the CPA Exams (Accounting is my main strength). Through my college career I maintained a 3.51 cum GPA.
Experience
I have tutored through high school in all of the classes listed and continued to tutor through college as well. My tutoring hours in college dropped slightly because I played Division 1 football at the University of Oregon as a running-back for three years. I have completed 40 credits of upper division Accounting courses and 28 credits in upper division Economics. I enjoy tutoring because I love the chance to help others whether it be through tutoring or volunteering. Improving yourself in the classroom and and creating good habits creates discipline and opportunities for the future. I believe that the best opportunities are the ones you have to work for and don't come for free. Carrying discipline from your classroom studies in to your everyday life and your job will pay you dividends for the rest of your life.
